Volunteer

Volunteer

Pembroke Public Schools are grateful for each parent and community member who contributes to the success of our students.  The schools engage volunteers every year in many different capacities. We encourage parents, family members, and community members to volunteer with us!

Pembroke Public Schools recognize the valuable contribution by volunteers.  In order to provide students with a safe environment and allow for a variety of opportunities for volunteering, every person must complete a CORI form. A CORI form must be completed and submitted by all volunteers prior to acting as a volunteer or a chaperone. The CORI is a record for all criminal court appearances in Massachusetts for a particular individual, including arrests, convictions, dismissals, and serious violations. The CORI check is good for three years fro the date it is run.

The CORI form can be completed at any school office, the Central Office or downloaded below and hand delivered to any school office or to the Central Office. Identification such a drivers license, must be presented along with the form to office staff when the form is submitted.
